SHIPPING POLICY
FREE Standard Shipping on orders over €60.
All candles are custom made to order. We aim to post your items within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped.
After you purchase from us, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. We will send you another email when we dispatch your order which will include your order details, order number, delivery address and a tracking number from An Post at checkout. Please check your spam/junk folders as well or get in touch if you don't find your tracking number and we will happily help.
Please check your address and make sure it is correct and get in touch if you need to correct it before we send it out, otherwise we won't be able to modify your details.
The original postage for the parcels returning to us for incorrect address or for not being picked up is non refundable as it is a service provided by An Post and they don't make refunds for used postage.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Here at SLK Candles we do our best to make our customers happy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do our very best to solve any issues.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at info@slkcandles.com. Please include your name, order number and the reason you wish to return your item(s) in your email.
We have a 14 days return policy, which means you have 14 days from receiving your order to get it back to us.
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item(s) must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging with your order number and address.
*When you return an item, we would recommend to ensure the product is safely packed and to use a tracked posting service. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item that you returned.
Postage labels that have been used to get the parcel to you are non-refundable, as this is a service provided by An Post and they do not make refunds for used services.
Damaged or defective items
Upon arrival of your order, please inspect your item(s) carefully and contact us if the item is defective or damaged. We will need proof of the damaged/ defective item(s) to evaluate the issue and send a replacement.
Note: Please read every item's description, some of them have unique features that are not considered a fault.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges at the moment, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and make a new purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
After your return is confirmed and we receive the item(s) back, and no damage has occurred, we will issue a refund on your original payment method minus the original shipping cost.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
There are some items that we don't accept returns for, such as: Sale items, Gift cards, Custom products.
